Bring your full gear for some drills and skills and game. 3 on 3 depending on numbers and goalies. Would be great to have two goalies registered for this session.
Hop on the Cardinal Cruiser and come enjoy the sun and fresh air while we cast some lines down at the ol' fishin' hole. You can bring your own gear, or borrow some of SAB's finest! All skill levels are welcome!

Come and relax and get crafty! In this session you'll have the opportunity to create a fused glass project (which will be fired and delivered to you at a later date), as well as create bracelets with friends. All materials will be provided - just bring your creativity!
Learn about the art and traditons of Henna (Mehndi). Each student will receive their own henna cone to use and take home. Henna stains, so please wear suitable clothing. Students new to henna must come for a patch test to ensure there is no sensitivity before May 20.

Come paint your choice of design on a tree "cookie" (circular slice of a tree). Paint, brushes, and Tree cookies are provided, you might want to wear clothes you don't mind getting paint on.
"From the Lake to the Craft Table" experience, where participants learn the process of harvesting fish and collecting scales and various bones for use in art projects. These materials are carefully cleaned, dyed, and prepared for crafting. Participants have the opportunity to create a unique art piece, a fridge magnet flower, to take home.
For this session participants will compete in a basketball tournament where we will have short mini games that will result in crowing a wellness day Basketball champion.
